I never write reviews, but after reading all the fake, unreliable reviews about these diet pills, I had to contribute a review that was useful to real customers! I’ll tell you the pros and cons:
A little more than a year ago I hurt my foot (I’m a runner) and couldn’t hit the track anymore. I’m a 23-year-old female and am tiny, maybe 95 lbs, but after a couple months of the sedentary life, I gained about 5-10 pounds.
A friend who I volunteer with recommended the Meizitang pills.
She and I ordered ten packs together (It’s cheaper with a larger order) and I started taking one pill before breakfast every day.
I experienced dry mouth (still have this symptom, so I just drink more water), tension headaches (when I don’t drink enough water or eat too little), higher resting heart rate (especially at mid-day), insomnia (went away after a week or two), constipation (eating more vegetables and fruits instead of grains/breads helps), smelly urine (in the morning or when I don’t drink enough water), oily stool (only when I eat oily foods…so I try to eat healthier) and recently *hunger* (at night time…this happens when I forget to eat during the day).
Over all, the pills worked for me, even with the side effects because most of the symptoms went away once I began to cut out the junk food and drank more water. I wasn’t hunger after my meals, and I didn’t regain any weight that I lost. I lost five pounds without exercise or a strict diet (five lbs is a lot for me because I’m only a lil over five foot tall).
I would recommend the pills to healthy people wanting to kick start their weight loss regimen. However, if you have heart conditions, respiratory problems, or are severely obese(innate health problems with being heavier), I would not recommend these pills because it does raise your heart rate.

P.S. I trust this vendor, lycdnn2009; the pills have the laser mark “MZT.” I’m almost out and am ordering more Meizitang Botanical Slimming pills (I’m doing physical therapy and hope to be able to run again soon! I’ll stop taking the pills then.)
P.P.S Remember to store the pills in a dry, cool, dark place because they do change in warmer temperatures (I guess because of the natural ingredients).

I had a kidney transplant November of 1998. Because of the cellcept, prograf and prednisone that I take to keep from rejection, losing weight has been a huge challenge. 12 years ago, after transplant, I gained about 70 of the predicted 100lbs that I was warned I would gain.
Dieting alone has not helped and when I did lose weight, I would lose water weight. Not fat.
THEN ALONG CAME MEIZITANG!!
I LOVE this product. Today is August 11th, 2010. On January 26th of this year I was pushing into a size 16, though I loyally wore my size 14 pants. Today, I am a size 8! Yay! I HAVE LOST 42LBS and am working towards another 20
So, how is my transplant function? Many people have asked. My labs are beautiful! I do have to caution anyone considering this product to drink WATER! I have several friends who have jumped aboard the “magic green pill bus” because of my weight loss. Almost all are successful, those who are not, have learned the 3 BIG RULES for these pills.
1) YOU NEED TO TAKE THEM DAILY
They will not work if you take them when you “remember”. If you aren’t taking them daily, do not expect them to work for you. Just like anything else, you have to use the product to see the results.
2) DRINK WATER!
This you MUST do. Sodas, tea, coffee, juice, beer do not count as water. This product helps by metabolizing the fat in our bodies. Our bodies need water because this is a thermogenic weight loss product. So, if you are a coke/coffee addict, be sure to drink water. Caffeine, like everything else, is good in moderation but if we do not give our bodies the water that we need, it kicks into survival mode and will hold water, cause dehydration and you will not see any results. I do drink soda, but I drink a great deal of water as well.
*Just an FYI, not enough water in our bodies also causes painful bowl movements and will lead to constipation…yeah, learned that the hard way. So drink water :)
3) EAT!
You will notice that you will not want to eat. You may go all day and realize that you haven’t eaten a thing. Well, as I mentioned before, our bodies, when deprived of our basic needs, will kick into survival mode. You will not lose weight. Instead, when you do remember to eat, your body will turn that food into fat thinking that there is a famine. If you do see any weight loss, it will be very minimal and will be quickly gained back.
*If you come to a point where you seem to “plateau, eat a little more. I have noticed that when my weight loss is slowing, eating a little more will help kick it into gear.
It should be noted that taking a break about once a month or so will help as well. Since our bodies to adjust to the pills, taking a weekend off, will kick start the product all over again.

i have tried this product twice, the first time i lost 8 lbs in 2 weeks, but hit a plateau after that. the second time, i lost 3 lbs in the first 6 days. it works very well. it suppresses your appetite, and takes away your cravings. it also makes you feel very full by eating very little, and very thirsty so you drink plenty of water. every one i know has tried it and lost weight with the exception of my friend jenny who just isn’t losing. i highly recommend it!

Well i have to say this is one of the best product to hit the market. Over the past 25 years i have been over weight i have tried several product, diets, with excersise and nothing seem to work on a scale to which this product has i have taken this product for 2 months now and I have lost 20lbs. I’ve developed a schedule that works best for me some say to break the pills once a month or to be faithfull and take them every day. I take them monday thru friday and take the weekends off and it seems to work great. I think you should take a brake every now and then to your liking. But the biggest advice i can give is drink water drink water drink water. Try this product it works!!!!!!!!!!!!
